In 2009 we renovated and updated our wine cellar with state of the art technology. The refreshed wine press house supports juice production after picking. The classic wines rest in the tank cellar at the appropriate temperature for high quality fermentation. The reserve wine varieties mature for two years in small oak barrels in their own “Barrique” cellar. The special “Mühlacker” is a beloved classic.
